The Cape Cottage Conference Centre leads off from an intimate enclosed courtyard and pool area. The rooms are equipped with all the standard conference facilities.

Conference Accommodation
The Avenue Hotel offers Three and Four Star accommodation and has 42 en-suite rooms in the Three Star section, which are elegantly decorated and furnished and cater to the every need of our delegates.

The Four Star section Constantia House which is independent from the main building, has six superior double and twin rooms a private entrance and lounge facility, perfect for a small informal conference.

WEDDING PACKAGE
Should you be looking for that special place for your small, intimate quality wedding, Avenue Hotel is the place for you. The Wedding Ceremony can take place in a chapel across from the hotel and the reception can be held in the romantic setting of Cape Cottage.

The ‘Honeymoon Suite’ is our gift to the bride and groom when celebrating their Special Day at the Avenue Hotel.

Snacks and drinks can be served to the guests while they wait for the bride and groom to have photo’s taken at the beach. An Open Bar facility is available with a selection of Cape Wines and Cocktails. Leave all you’re catering up to our Chef, who will delight your guests with his mouthwatering delicacies.

Entertainment and all your other requirements can all be organized by our friendly team at the hotel to help make that special day more relaxing for you.

Functions
The Cape Cottage is an ideal setting for that small wedding reception, product launch, or function. The Cape Cottage leads off from a quaint enclosed courtyard covered in vines which provide a wonderful setting of tranquility. One of its other unique features is that of a fireplace which is ideal for winter functions.

Meals can be served in either the cottage or weather permitting in the courtyard, or even around the pool. A selection of set menus, buffet, braai - or snack options are available to suit your every need.
